As an Educationist:

For peace, literacy is required because education is the builder of children and nation and now technology is highly involved in the education system.  That’s why being as a research scholar she has attended 14 national and international conferences in which 6 research papers are published in the international journal. Nidhi has written research papers on Hi-Tech educational era e-Learning, Art Education, Stress among coaching students, Tablet Education, LRS, RMS, LMS in Education, Juvenile Delinquency, Environmental Education, OER (Open Educational Resources) etc.

Time of Struggle and Foundation:

At present, she is an Assistant Professor in Sarvodaya Teacher’s Training College and a self-made girl. After BA she did her studies by self-learning. She is forth girl out of 5 brothers and sisters and because she is a typical Rajasthani, due to traditional orthodox practices her grandmother told her parents to kill Nidhi but they didn’t. So Nidhi decided to do something different for her parents so that they can be proud. She had a  wish that her parents should be recognised by her name. In starting to stop her footfalls in social initiatives.

Nidhi’s brother accused her of unethical immoral activities which were very disgracing for, his each and every word was abusing her day night but she didn’t stop. Nidhi believes in hard work and ‘Do For Nation Die For Nation’ that is why when she met Dr S.N. Subbarao in 2003 decided to serve for the nation. With this passion and burning fire in the core of her heart she promised herself that she will do the job only at CBSE school and with this enthusiasm, she started her teaching profession along with social work in 2008 as a mother teacher of  Lower KG class with the salary of 2250. Initially, so many family problems occurred, after getting employed. She faced opposition by family. Many worst titles which could be given to any girl to stop her flight were given to her by her family itself. Finally, Nidhi’s family understood that she is made for society, not for household work. After that, she urged to study more and current salary was insufficient that is why Nidhi changed her job which was 16 km far from her home. Later on to fulfil her dreams to become an educationist she wanted to do M.Ed. so to earn more she joined a school which was 89 km far from her house for 10,000/- where without taking lunch, water bottle and 6-hour up-down journey with 7 hours working when I was coming to the home. Soon she became principal in one of the most prestigious CBSE School St. Joseph’s Public School which was entirely based on e-learning and tablet education.
